Cloud 9 Fabrics and Felicity Fabrics are U.S. based, sister companies.  All fabrics from these two companies are all Oeko-tex certified, using eco-responsible, low impact dyes for printing and dyeing that have been tested for harmful chemicals. Cloud 9 use only 100% certified, organic cotton base-cloths.​  Felicity is on conventional cotton. The mills they work with are committed to ethical and responsible conduct.  Their prints are sourced from different artists, designers and licensing partners with a strong emphasis on beautiful and unique fabrics for the home sewer and quilting enthusiast. There are different weights available for the base-cloths from standard quilters cottons (112cm, 153gsm), organic cotton canvas (112cm, 237gsm), flannel, modal viscose, double gauze and laminated cottons.
