Usually 9 - 13 metres.
what is the time frame for my fabric to arrive?
Some fabrics are available in stock in Melbourne and others come in from overseas on an indent basis. Goods in stock can be sent once invoice has been paid. Goods from overseas can take a few weeks to a few months depending on the supplier. We will try to give the best estimate possible.
do i need to arrange an appointment?
We highly recommend for clients to arrange an appointment time with our head office, as our specialists like to work closely with you to assist with your fabric selections. We have a huge range of different fabrics to choose from, so allow some time to browse through the range.

do you charge for samples?
Fern Textiles has a one-off charge for samples.

do you need a deposit to proceed?
To confirm any indent order, we request a 40% deposit. Balance is payable on final invoice once the goods arrive.
do you charge freight?
We cover all cost to bring the goods into Australia, There may be local freight charges from our warehouse to your delivery address. Generally, we send goods by courier but in some cases we use Australia Post. We cannot send fabric that are on rolls by Australia Post as they are too long to be accepted.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO DROP SHIP FABRICS DIRECTLY TO AN OVERSEAS ADDRESS?
Yes this may be possible from some of our suppliers, particulaly Sevenberry / Vancet, Japan. Prices quoted to you will usually be ex-works Japan. Freight and clearing will need to be added. You may be able to use your own freight forwarder or we can work out these costs and add them to your invoice.
