Phoebe Fabrics are designed in Canada and made in Korea. These 100% Oeko-tex certified, cotton prints are 112cm wide and are a suburb quality for quilting or dressmaking. The basecloth has a beautiful handle and the prints come in co-ordinated ranges. These all come on bolts of around 9-10mts per fabric/colour. They do not offer full rolls. Deliveries can take a few months, depending on when the print run is completed.
